Orders are picked up by the logistics operator, who will come to collect on the coordinated days and within the time slot indicated by each carrier.
We have a large transport fleet for fixed or one-off pickups, allowing us to collect all packages without any issues.
Every time the logistics operator comes to pick up the packages, they use scanning technology, so that all collected orders are recorded in the system at that moment, each with its corresponding status.
