To operate with Envíopack, it's important that you always have credit available in your account. This money will be used to pay for the shipments you make through our platform.
Keep in mind that Envíopack only lets you pay for shipping through your account balance, not at the time of dispatch, nor when your customer receives the product.
To load credit, click on the Load Credit tab. Then select your top-up method (bank transfer or Mercado Pago), enter the amount you want to load, attach the proof of payment, and within a few minutes you'll see the balance reflected in your account:
Keep in mind that if you top up via Bank Transfer to our account, the amount may take up to 24 business hours to be credited, since the operation needs to be validated as completed correctly.
After making the transfer, you'll need to attach the proof of payment and confirm the operation.
IMPORTANT:
When entering the amount to load, keep in mind that it must match the transfer amount, otherwise the operation will be rejected.
If you top up with Mercado Pago, it charges a commission for the operation, and it's processed automatically. In this case, it's also important to be logged into the account at the same time.
Credit top-ups are processed only Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, they will be credited the following day.
IMPORTANT:
Credited amounts always remain available in your account, with no expiration, to be applied to any service whenever you need. Since this is operational-use credit, it is intended exclusively for paying for services and is non-refundable. If you cancel the service, the available balance can be used to process shipments until the close of the current monthly period; after that period, the remaining credit will expire.
